WHAT THE PRESS SAYS

"Elle Carpenter reminds us of a high-pitched male vocalist in a pop-punk band -- but in a good way. Carpenter's approach to her lyrics and switching up her tone makes it clear none of the songs are by accident."

-Las Vegas Citylife, NV USA

"Singing folk [is] like riding a bike for Elle Carpenter."

-The Joplin Globe, MO USA

"The self-made Songstress."

-Jackson Free Press, MS USA

"Sincerely Yours is.. a wholly sincere effort. It's full of soul-bearing songs that feel familiar without wearing out their welcome."

-Seven Days Magazine, VT USA

"Elle Carpenter’s music career is an exercise in diversity.. 'Life Just Happens to You' [is] a collection of polished Americana and pop in the vein of Mary Chapin Carpenter, an ear-friendly gateway into Americana."

-The Durango Herald, CO USA

ABOUT ELLE CARPENTER

Originally from Vermont, Elle Carpenter has been singing as long as she’s been walking. Being the youngest child in a large musical family, she learned to sing harmonies from a very young age, and at age 6 had her first studio experience, singing back-up as one of the “Wee-bops” of Central Vermont. At age 8 she joined the Unadilla Players of Calais, VT, fell in love with musical theatre and has been an avid actress ever since. Elle spent her youth recording, touring and performing with her family, regional and international singing groups, in addition to pursuing a career in acting.

In 2009 (after recording and releasing her first solo album) Elle was flown to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to perform at the White Palace Convention Center for a month. Elle has been touring the USA as a solo artist ever since, having released six albums to date. Her latest album “What Happens Now” was released on September 6, 2021.

Elle resides with her husband and son in Durango, CO, and is represented by an Albuquerque-based-label, Phirgun Music. For music & acting inquiries, please contact phirgunmair@gmail.com.
